THE APPLICATION
The Twin Roll Press is used for pulp washing, thickening and liquid extraction where higher pulp consistency is required before downstream process stages.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Pulp enters between two rotating rolls. Liquid is removed through pressure and drainage zones while the thickened pulp mat is discharged at controlled consistency.
