The Gravity Cylinder Thickener is used to increase pulp consistency by gravity drainage through a rotating cylinder screen, supporting stable downstream washing or storage.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Dilute pulp flows into the thickener vat. Water drains through the rotating cylinder screen while fibers are retained and discharged at increased consistency.
