THE APPLICATION
The White Liquor Disc Filter is designed for white liquor filtration and lime mud washing in the chemical recovery process of pulp and paper mills. It helps improve liquor clarity, recover alkali, reduce mud moisture and support stable recausticizing operation.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
White liquor and lime mud slurry enter the pressurized filtration chamber. Disc sectors create filtration area while filtrate passes through the filter medium and solids are retained, washed and discharged according to the configured process sequence.
