The Flat Valve Vacuum Drum Washer is used for pulp washing and liquid-solid separation in pulping lines. It can support coarse pulp washing, post-bleaching washing and black liquor extraction.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Pulp slurry forms a mat on the rotating drum surface under vacuum. Wash water displaces liquor through the pulp mat, filtrate is collected through the valve system, and washed pulp is discharged for the next process stage.
