Pulp Washing & Thickening Equipment
Conical Valve Vacuum Drum Washer
Vacuum drum washer with conical valve configuration for pulp washing and filtrate separation.
Pulp Washing & Thickening Equipment
Vacuum drum washer for pulp washing, black liquor extraction and bleaching-stage washing.

Overview
The Flat Valve Vacuum Drum Washer is used for pulp washing and liquid-solid separation in pulping lines. It can support coarse pulp washing, post-bleaching washing and black liquor extraction.
Benefits
Benefits are stated in practical process terms so buyers can compare equipment against mill operating needs.
Working principle
Pulp slurry forms a mat on the rotating drum surface under vacuum. Wash water displaces liquor through the pulp mat, filtrate is collected through the valve system, and washed pulp is discharged for the next process stage.
Applications
Application scope can be refined according to process flow, material characteristics and production capacity.
